However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept unused products back for an exchange, refund or store credit within 14 days after the delivery date. Special orders, sale merchandise or items with personalized inscriptions are not eligible for return. Refunds can only be refunded to the original form of payment used at the time of checkout. All returns are processed and paid within 7 business days of receiving the return shipment.
